Honky Tonk Dave’s mission is to preserve the country music of our fore-fathers and mothers.  I’ll do this by writing and singing NEW original music in Honky Tonk country format, not taking myself too seriously AND having fun while were doing it! 

While there seems to be no room for new original music performed in that classic country style this new record “Song From Yesterday” has 10 songs (9 were written by my father and I) that fit the bill.

HTD wants to join up with everyone who share the same passion for preserving the heritage of country music. And yes country music's greatest days still lie ahead.
